Summary: 2 women reported that Donald Trump has touched them inappropriately. The Trump campaign told People Magazine: "This never happened. There is no merit or veracity to this fabricated story." Trump said the stories were attacks orchestrated by the "Clinton machine." He reported saying "...corporate media in our country is no longer involved in journalism." Trump also included an apparent insult to Natasha Stoynoff, the woman from People Magazine in which she alleged that she had been physically attacked by Trump at Mar-A-Lago while she was on assignment in December 2005

Connection: About 200-300 years ago slavery existed and it was horrible. The owners could of done anything they wanted to the slaves.

Questions: How will this affect the debate?
How will this affect the U.S.?

  1. Because of this new information, many of Trump's supporters, who are females, will most likely stop supporting him. Trump will most likely lose a lot of his female voters.

  3. Considering the source, I would not be surprised if this is just media drama. CNN is notoriously liberally bias, so it is highly unlikely any stories will portray conservative candidates, like Trump, fairly. This DOES NOT, however, excuse Trump's sexist comments towards women. Slavery is an okay comparison, but this is more relevant to woman's suffrage and rights movements. This is sure to come up in the debate as a mud-slinging point for Hillary, but its overall effect on the US probably won't be seen unless Trump is elected president.

  6. I agree with Ryan Phung in the sense of female Trump supporters will not be supporting him, knowing this information. I also agree with Austin Lautenbach, this won't really affect the U.S. unless he is president, then people will leave the U.S. because of various political reasons.

  7. He will probably lose support from the people that like him. If he did this he should get locked up because that's illegal. He should also not be able to become president because of this.

  8. I agree with Ryan Flanagan because if he did do this he should be locked up and never let out. I also think that it will make most women change their mind about voting for such a disgusting person.

  9. This will affect the debate because many will dissuaded from voting for Trump for his controversial actions. Many people will be reluctant to vote for him now because of his alleged sexual harassment, which will therefore affect the election and affect the US by giving Hillary the advantage to becoming the next president.

  10. I would hope this would change views of voters because Trump never directly answers the questions or denies his actions. There is evidence of him talking innappropriately about women, and I believe that this furthers why Trump is unfit for presidency.

  11. I think this definitely changes how people view Trump, but maybe not as much as one would think. I think that it's a big deal that Trump sexually harassed these women but from what I've seen most Trump supporters still back him up. I think that the things that Trump says to defend himself aren't very straight forward, which may mean these claims are true.

  12. I believe this might just make trump look worse that what he already is, but also this could have been something purposely done to cause an image of him like there is right now. STOP POSTING ABOUT THE PRESIDENTAL ELECTIONS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!

  13. First off let me begin by saying good job Paco. I'm so proud of you. I believe that this case makes Trump even worse. Now people can put him almost in the same category with Bill Cosby. This will affect the U.S because who would want to vote for a perverted old man.

  15. I do not think it will affect the U.S, however it will significantly impact the U.S elections. Trump will anger people like he has over the past year, and lower his accepting rates.
